RFAH Fashion began with a simple wish: that women in Mombasa could wear the same hand-embroidered Pakistani couture they admired in Lahore and Karachi — without compromise on authenticity, fit or finish.

The Atelier

Made by hand, chosen by us.

Every season we travel to our partner ateliers across Pakistan to select pieces personally. We look at the embroidery against the light, feel the fall of the silk, check the finish of the inner seams.

What arrives in Mombasa is a small, considered collection — not a catalogue. Bridal lehengas worn over months of beadwork. Three-piece sets in soft cottons for the everyday. Festive gowns made to be remembered.
